How fast is your shipping?

Pretty fast, but it depends on the shipping option you select at checkout.

All orders are sent Royal Mail 48 Tracked as standard, which typically takes 2-3 working days for delivery from the point of dispatch. Overall, we aim to have orders delivered within 3-5 working days from ordering, though they can take slightly longer during busy periods*. You can expect to receive a shipping confirmation within a couple of days of placing your order.

If you want something quicker, we recommend selecting the Next Working Day (or Express for excluded postcodes**) shipping option which will mean that your parcel is sent via DPD (or Royal Mail 24 Tracked for excluded postcodes**).

• DPD is a Next Working Day service if ordered before 12pm (noon) on a working day. If you order after the cut-off, we'll ship on the next working day for delivery the following working day after dispatch. If you place your order using DPD on a Friday, please note that it will not ship until the following Monday, for Tuesday delivery.
• Express takes 1-2 working days for delivery from point of dispatch, and also means that we'll expedite your order through our system, making sure it is either shipped same day, or the very next working day if placed in the afternoon. This gives a total delivery time of up to 3 working days - though it's usually more like 1 or 2! Express orders are sent via the Royal Mail 24 tracked service. 

If you've provided us with a business address, or have selected DPD your items will be delivered Monday-Friday. For all other addresses with Royal Mail, they can deliver Monday-Saturday.

* During the busy holiday period (From Black Friday in November to January 6th) orders may take slightly longer to be delivered. We'd still expect your order to be with you within 7 working days, but if your order still hasn't arrived 10 working days after ordering please let us know.
