If your order seems to be dragging its feet, please check your tracking information first; if it hasn’t updated in a few days then it’s worth letting us know, so we can look into this further for you. Don’t worry, if there’s an issue with your delivery, we’ll get you some replacements faster than you can say “renationalise Royal Mail!”.
- For UK orders, Royal Mail are usually good at getting orders to you ASAP, but on rare occasions this can take slightly longer than the 3-5 working days* they estimate for their Tracked 48 service (24 hours if you opted for express shipping). For customers that have opted for DPD, please get in touch with us if your order has not been delivered on the next working day (provided your order was placed before our midday cut-off) so we can get this sorted for you as soon as possible.
- For US orders, DHL usually have your order with you within a couple of working days* after dispatch. If it's gone past 5 working days, feel free to drop us an email or contact DHL directly.
- For European orders, DHL usually have your order with you within 3-5 working days* after dispatch. If it's gone past this, please check your DHL tracking or send us an email.
- For all other international orders, it can take 7-10 working days for your order to arrive with you once it's left us. If it's gone past this period, just drop us an email.
*During the busy holiday period (From Black Friday in November to January 8th) orders may take slightly longer to be delivered. We'd still expect your order to be with you within 7 working days, but if your order still hasn't arrived 10 working days after ordering please let us know.
