This means that your order is being sent back to us by the courier.
This can be for a number of reasons. Perhaps the address you entered was incorrect and the courier couldn’t identify it. It’s also possible that you weren’t in for delivery and the parcel exceeded the waiting period at the delivery office for you to collect, before being sent back to us.
Whatever the reason, we usually refund these when they arrive back at our warehouse. If you see that your order is being returned to sender and haven't heard from us, shoot us a message and we'll be happy to help get this back out to you.
