We usually also confirm via email, so it's worth keeping our follow up as reference of the change.
We can't change the details displayed on your online account or in your order confirmation and shipment emails, but if we've confirmed a change with you then it will be done.
It is worth mentioning that it's really difficult for us to change an order once it's been placed, but if you desperately need to, try to let us know within 30 minutes of your order being placed and we'll do our best.
