Sorry if we've refunded you incorrectly - we certainly we didn't mean to, and it was likely just an error in processing.
First, just check the following:
- Did you have a discount on your order that you forgot about?
- Did you return items from two separate orders? The refund for the other item/s might still be on its way.
- Did you return items in more than one box? The refund for the other item/s might still be on its way.
If you've checked, and are sure that the refund amount isn't right, then just drop us an email to email@example.com - letting us know the exact items you returned and from which orders these are from. We'll check on it for you, and be sure to get it sorted right away.
