Don't worry at all, we now process returns and exchanges via our online returns portal so there's no need for paperwork.
All of your order information will be on our returns portal so that you can tell us exactly what you're returning and whether you would like a refund or an exchange. We'll then identify your return from the postage label that the portal will generate for you, just be sure to stick this on your box when you return it!
