We're sorry to hear about this!
There are a couple of reasons this might be:
- If you ordered four or more items, then it's likely that we've sent your items in separate parcels. Everything should have left us on the same day, so it could be that one of your parcels is just taking slightly longer than the other. All parcels should be with you within a couple of days of each other, but if there's still no sign after a couple of days, just let us know
- If one of the items in your order was out of stock / unavailable, we'll have emailed you to explain and refunded you for the missing item. It's worth checking your inbox for a note from us
- It's rare, but your box might have been damaged in transit and lost an item en route. Just let us know if you think this is the case
If you need further help with a missing item then drop us an email to email@example.com including the order number and exact item that's missing, and we'll get it sorted for you as quickly as possible.
